What is your cancellation policy? 

Your reservation time is very important to us.  We require a 24 hour notice if you choose to cancel or reschedule your reservation.   If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance your credit card on file is subject to a 50% charge of your total service.  

Is there parking available near the salon?

Parking is convenient around the salon.  There is non permitted street parking on side streets Spaulding Avenue and Sawyer.  There is also metered parking available directly in front of the salon on Fullerton Avenue (meter number 436 122)

Why does each stylist have different pricing?

Our stylists pricing is based on education, experience and demand for their time.  In the event that your stylists moved up a level and their prices exceed your budget, we ensure that all of our stylists will give you great service, skillful color/cut and product recommendations regardless of their level.  

What does it mean to be a Redken Certified Colorist?

To become a Redken Certified Haircolorist, stylists must pass a comprehensive written, practical and scenario test based on hair color principles, creative color, foil placement, color correction and brand knowledge.
